deep tissue massages incorporate deep finger pressure, slow deep strokes, and heavier pressured motions to penetrate deep layers of muscle... good for people with tight muscles, chronic muscle tension or pain, and anxiety.  Deep Tissue massages can leave you extremely sore and in some cases unable to move comfortably. We are not responsible for these kinds of results as they vary from case to case.  You may wish to consider getting another kind of massage and requesting heavy pressure.

in Thai and Shiatsu sessions the recipient wears loose, comfortable clothing and lies on a mat or firm mattress on the floor. 

1. Thai is a traditional healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures.  
2. Shiatsu is a form of Japanese bodywork based on ideas in traditional Chinese medicine.  Described as "finger pressure". Shiatsu techniques include massages with fingers, thumbs, feet and palms; assisted stretching; and joint manipulation and mobilization.

Sports massage is geared towards the needs of athletes or clients who want to increase the effects of their workout or help alleviate the soreness associated with working out/exercising .R.O.M. (range of motion) sessions are geared towards joints and the muscles that effect them. increasing the tightness and stiffness in these areas to increase and improve joint mobility.

This amazing session incorporates hot stones into a Swedish massage routine... the heat from the stones warms and soothes the muscles to maximize the relief of muscle tension and pain.
